• Artist eligible age is 18 to 28 years old
• Artist will submit one (1) song in a video format (cell phone video is ok)
• Song length is to be a minimum of 2 minutes and maximum of 4 minutes
• Original material is encouraged, but covers are acceptable
• Finalists will be selected on March 1, 2021.
• Winner will be announced March 15, 2021
